The reasons why I chose my major are because of interest and money. When I was a 12-year-old girl,I was attracted to computer. Why after typing only a few keys, then I could get a lot of information on the screen? How could I get the e-mails from people who live in other countries just in a few seconds? Although the transmission time was a little slow actually, I was curious about the mysteries inside of computer.
After I graduated from junior high school. I was on the outlook for finding a good job for my future because I wanted to earn a lot of money. Then, I made up my mind to concentrate on practicing programming so that I could be a good programmer in the high-tech industry and soon reach my target. Hence, with my own strong will and my parents' advices, I chose Information Management to be my major. Not only because 'Information Management' was the most popular department that everyone wanted to choose, but also because of the most important factor - my interest.

Maybe you can choose computer sience as your major becouse it's all about programming. But I think it's not sure to earn a lot of money. If you want to earn a lot of money you have to be an expert programmer. It's really difficult.
1.Your main reason of choosing IM is beacause you think it can make more money than other major and it is also your interest.
2You should add more support on why do you think IM can let you earn more money.
